tbi start work on streamlining flow in a distribution hub.
Working with a SME distributor, tbi are working with client team comprising 5 shop floor members, a supervisor and 2 production managers. The aim is to improve the productivity of packing and picking activities, creating additional capacity so that the upsurge in business turnover can be met at minimum cost.
