November 14:

tbi working on developing ‘e’ learning module on Lean Collaborative Planning for LCI (Lean Construction Institute) UK.

This will form part of a suite of modules. Release details will be announced early in 2015.

October 14:

tbi start work on streamlining flow in a distribution hub.

Working with a SME distributor, tbi are working with client team comprising 5 shop floor members, a supervisor and 2 production managers. The aim is to improve the productivity of packing and picking activities, creating additional capacity so that the upsurge in business turnover can be met at minimum cost.

July 14:

Lean leadership within the Engineering Construction Industry. Tbi are working closely with the board of directors to develop a lean improvement strategy for their business and to enhance performance of the projects they deliver.

We are helping them to develop a future state vision and deployment strategy where lean forms a core enabler for improved systems, practices, processes and culture.
