We work with our clients to develop in-house capability for successful and sustainable improvement. Our aim is to quickly transfer ownership of implementing improvement to client employees. Through this process, we show client employees how to plan, organise, facilitate, implement and manage improvement activities. Central to this is our ‘hands-on, learning-by-doing’ approach, where we step client employees through a structured process:

  • Define – what do we want to achieve
  • Diagnose – understanding the current situations and identifying issues, wastes and opportunities
  • Improve – implementing improved systems, practices and processes
  • Sustain – ensuring improvements are embedded and standardised
  • Cascade – spreading new and improved best practice

In support of growing client capability for sustainable improvement we can:

  • Develop and deliver training programmes focused and tailored to client needs (e.g. team leader / 1st line manager lean training)
  • Align development programmes to accredited qualifications.
